1. Product Description
RXSOL Coal Stain Remover is a heavy-duty marine cleaning chemical developed for the removal of stubborn coal stains, coal dust, carbonaceous deposits and cargo residues from compatible surfaces in bulk carrier cargo holds.
Coal cargo handling and transportation often leave black staining, fine coal particles and compacted residues on cargo hold bulkheads, tank tops, frames, hatch covers and other structural surfaces. These deposits can be difficult to remove through ordinary water washing, particularly when mixed with oily contamination or allowed to dry onto painted surfaces.
RXSOL Coal Stain Remover is designed to penetrate, loosen and disperse coal-related contamination, allowing deposits to be removed more effectively during subsequent washing.
The product is intended for use during cargo hold cleaning after coal discharge, especially when preparing cargo holds for inspection or subsequent cargo loading.

RXSOL PCS (Coal / Lime Remover) is an innovative, concentrated liquid product specifically engineered to attack, penetrate and remove Coal Carbon, pet coke, lime deposition accumulations from cargo and storage tanks, AlsoDeveloped for cargo hold cleaning to remove stains and discoloring after discharge of cargoes such as pet coke, coal, lime and other oily type cargoes.. Additionally, it may also be used to remove mineral deposits and eliminate bad odors in tanks and other closed systems.
It is free from hydrocarbon solvents, non flammable and biodegradable.

Example: A 10% solution by volume contains 10 litres of chemical made up to a final volume of 100 litres with water, assuming the formulation is suitable for water dilution.
The final dilution must be confirmed based on cleaning performance, product chemistry, coating compatibility and manufacturer instructions.
RXSOL PCS (Coal / lime Remover) may be used concentrated or diluted with water, depending on the degree of contamination, the surface area to be treated, the desired degree of cleaning and the available downtime.Actually, the user is the best one capable to regulate the quantity and concentration to be used for the situation at hand.In any case, when the accumulation is not heavy, a 50% solution with water must be used. Otherwise,Rxsol PCS (Coal Remover). can be used undiluted especially when deposition is heavy and hard spots persist.
Cleaning Procedure
Conventional cleaning methods such as a brush,hard sponge, thick and hard broom and /or a mop can be used on heavy duty and hard stain deposits.Note that for heavy accumulations the cleaning procedure might be necessary to be repeated until the results are satisfactory. Furthermore, is important to keep in mind that 1 litre of Rxsol PCS (Coal / lime Remover) is sufficient to cover a surface area of 8–10 square meters.
NOTE ::: -- Let this product soak into the surface for 30-45 minutes. Then using a high-powered spray washer blast the surfaces until the stains and discoloration is gone.
