Product Description:

Degreaser HCF solvent is a tank cleaning additive which has proved to be extremely effective as hydrocarbon and contaminant remover for tanks preparing and solvents loading.
Degreaser HCF solvent Quickly removes oil, grease, gimres, adhesive and dyes. Best results also achieved forcleaning of oil side of fuel and lube oil heat exchangers. Used  as  a tank cleaner or for general degreasing , cleaning and gas freeing for double bottom tanks, wing tanks, tank lines, fuel oil tanks, etc .

DIRECTION FOR USE & DOSAGE INSTRUCTION

Spraying Method : 
For cleaning on surface with heavy contaminants, it will be more effective to spray on the area with a high pressure sprayer. Wet the entire surface with neat Degreaser HCF solvent and allow 10~ 15 minutes for the solution to take effect before washing off the entire area with water at ambient temperature.

Circulation Method:
5% of Degreaser HCF solvent can be circulated by using the deep well pump through tank washing machine for approximately 5 hours at a temperature of between 40~ 45°C. The solution can be transferred to another tank for washing. The treated tank had to be cleaned thoroughly with water.

Immersion Method:
Small parts / components may be cleaned by soaking them in a bath of Degreaser HCF solvent at a dosage of 5-8% of solution in water.

Product Note:

APPLICATIONS

1. For tank cleaning, dilute 5% of solution into 95% of water. Circulate the blended solution for approximate 2 hours. Solution can be transferred to another tank for washing but the treated tank had to be cleaned thoroughly with water.

2. For cleaning on surface with heavy rust or contaminant deposit, it will be more effective to spray on the area by diluting one part to 10 parts of water.

HANDLING & PRECAUTIONS Degreaser HCF solvent is non-flammable, but it should be handled with care. If there is a risk of product splashing into eyes, googles should be worn. Advisable to wear gloves and protective clothing when dispensing the solution.
