Boiler Hydrocarbon Oil Sludge Remover is a specialized industrial cleaning chemical designed to remove hydrocarbon oil, sludge, grease, carbonaceous deposits, and oily contaminants from boiler systems, heating equipment, hot-water systems, and associated pipelines.

BOILER SLUDGE CONDITIONER is a product to be used in situations where the boiler water is contaminated with oil. This high performance product is applicable to both medium and low-pressure steam boilers in order to prevent sludge deposits.
Boiler Hydrocarbon Oil Sludge Remover is a formulated cleaning agent designed to break down and disperse oil-based sludge and hydrocarbon deposits that accumulate on internal surfaces of boilers and heating systems.
It can be used as part of planned boiler cleaning and maintenance programs where oil contamination has entered the boiler water or accumulated in low-flow areas, mud drums, pipelines, heat exchangers, and related equipment.
Depending on the formulation, the cleaner may contain solvents, surfactants, emulsifiers, dispersants, alkaline builders, or other specialty ingredients selected to improve the removal of hydrocarbon contamination.
A. Dosing Procedure Regularly, a volume of 100 ml of the BOILER SLUDGE CONDITIONER should be applied for every ton of water capacity, where oil contamination exists. How ever, in systems where severe oil contamination exists, off-line cleaning is required before the product can be applied. There after, the application should be repeated daily, for a period of two weeks, until oil removal is complete.
B. Feeding Procedure Feed directly to the boiler by using a bypass pot feeder or a suitable chemical injection pump. For low-pressure boilers the solution may be applied to the hot well or the condensate return tank.
Note that BOILER SLUDGE CONDITIONER can be applied as it is or dissolved with other boiler treatment products.
