Corrosol 30 Sludge Conditioner is a high-performance boiler treatment formulation designed for effective pH control, sludge conditioning, and scale prevention in steam boiler systems.
This advanced product utilizes a strong alkaline base to elevate feedwater alkalinity, neutralize acidic components, and maintain optimal pH levels within the boiler.
In addition to its pH control function, Corrosol 30 incorporates specialized high-temperature polymers that efficiently condition sludge and inhibit scale formation, ensuring enhanced system cleanliness and heat transfer performance under demanding operating conditions.
Very effective corrosion, scale and sludge conditioners and also effective neutralized organic acids, pH. This will affect clear transparent BOILER WATER effect.
BOILER SLUDGE CONDITIONER DESCRIPTION BOILER SLUDGE CONDITIONER is a product to be used in situations where the boiler water is contaminated with oil. This high performance product is applicable to both medium and low-pressure steam boilers in order to prevent sludge deposits.
| Application Area | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Steam Boilers | Maintains feedwater alkalinity, disperses sludge, and prevents scale formation. |
| High-Pressure Boilers | Ensures high-temperature stability and effective sludge conditioning under demanding conditions. |
| Boiler Start-Up Treatment | Used as an initial treatment to clean and condition internal surfaces during commissioning. |
| Food & Beverage Industry | Safe for use in steam systems where indirect steam contacts food surfaces. |
| Refineries & Petrochemical Plants | Protects boiler tubes and systems from corrosion and fouling due to contaminated feedwater. |
| Power Plants | Enhances reliability and efficiency by keeping boiler internals clean. |
| Pharmaceutical Industry | Assures consistent boiler operation in clean utility systems. |
| Textile & Paper Industry | Prevents scale and sludge deposits that can affect heat exchanger performance. |
Note that BOILER SLUDGE CONDITIONER can be applied as it is or dissolved with other boiler treatment products.
SAFETY AND HANDLING HANDLING Handle with care. Store in a dry, cool and well ventilated environment.
A. Dosing Procedure Regularly, a volume of 100 ml of the BOILER SLUDGE CONDITIONER should be applied for every ton of water capacity, where oil contamination exists. How ever, in systems where severe oil contamination exists, off-line cleaning is required before the product can be applied. There after, the application should be repeated daily, for a period of two weeks, until oil removal is complete.
B. Feeding Procedure Feed directly to the boiler by using a bypass pot feeder or a suitable chemical injection pump. For low-pressure boilers the solution may be applied to the hot well or the condensate return tank.
Environmentally safe, non-toxic product
Highly specialized combined polymer technology
Organic corrosion control
Stops excessive caustic build-up
Operates with low dissolved solid levels
Quick, simple and accurate testing
Drives to the coagulation of the oil droplets and their removal by blow-down. May be combined with other boiler water treatment products. Efficiently prevents the deposition of sludge. Easy to apply and use.
