Product Description:

Sodium Percarbonate is a chemical compound used as an alternative for hydrogen peroxide with the formula C2H6Na4O12. Sodium Percarbonate is prepared by adding sodium peroxide slowly to ice-cold absolute alcohol.

Product Application:

As an oxidizing agent, sodium percarbonate is an ingredient in a number of home and laundry cleaning products, including non-chlorine bleach products such as Oxyper, OxiClean, Tide laundry detergent, and Vanish. Many commercial products mix a percentage of sodium percarbonate with sodium carbonate.

Sodium Carbonate Peroxyhydrate is a granular chemical which is the active ingredient in certain algaecide and fungicide products. The end product containing this active ingredient acts as an oxidizing agent and thus kills the target algal and fungal pests.
