RXSOL ECO-SOLVE is a high-performance, environmentally conscious heavy-duty marine cleaning chemical designed for the removal of heavy mineral hydrocarbon deposits, oily residues, grease and persistent hydrocarbon contamination from cargo tanks and associated marine surfaces.

The product is formulated for demanding tank-cleaning operations where conventional general-purpose cleaners may not provide sufficient cleaning power. It is particularly useful when the objective is to achieve a deep, effective and hydrocarbon-free tank surface suitable for subsequent cargo loading.


Very effective cleaner for sticky PU, Gasious,Oily and Greasy mess, Fully active cleaner specially formulated  for the removal of  tuff oily stains residues, with out the need for Scrubbing or Brushing  which can cause mechanical damages to surface and result in poor performance. Field test have shown that this is very gentle with personnel and on metallic colour surface. Should always be used at full strength to obtain maximum benefits.

This heavy duty cleaner is a biodegradable degreaser (oil dispersant). It disperse and remove all types of oil, grease, wax, and stains, leaving the treated surface cleansed and back to original condition without any short or long term effects.  And  This cleaner is powerfull substitute of IPA, Methyl Ethyl Ketone , acetone, and other hazardous alcohol and solvents. This product have low evaporation rate and high solvency formula can significantly reduce overall solvent usage. It contains no water and it is 100%  reactive proprietory blend.

Hydrocarbon-Free Tank Cleaning

One of the important applications of RXSOL ECO-SOLVE is preparation of tanks where subsequent cargo requirements demand a high level of cleanliness and minimal hydrocarbon carryover.

The product can form part of a planned tank-cleaning sequence involving pre-cleaning, chemical washing, rinsing and final inspection. The exact cleaning procedure should be selected according to the previous cargo, tank coating, contamination level and next-cargo requirements.

Cleaning Performance

RXSOL ECO-SOLVE is intended for difficult contamination where heavy mineral hydrocarbons have adhered to tank surfaces and ordinary washing is insufficient.

Its cleaning action helps loosen and remove:

Application Method

The product may be applied using suitable tank-cleaning machines, spray equipment, circulation systems, brushing or manual application, depending on the cleaning operation and tank configuration.

General Procedure

  1. Remove loose cargo residues where practical.

  2. Pre-rinse the tank with suitable water.

  3. Prepare the cleaning solution according to contamination level and operational requirements.

  4. Apply through the appropriate tank-cleaning equipment.

  5. Allow adequate chemical contact time.

  6. Agitate or mechanically wash the contaminated surfaces where necessary.

  7. Drain the cleaning solution.

  8. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.

  9. Inspect the tank and repeat the cleaning process if required.

  10. Conduct wall-wash or other cleanliness testing where specified by the charterer, cargo requirement or vessel's tank-cleaning procedure.

Note: Dilution ratio, temperature and contact time should be selected according to the specific cargo residue and tank-cleaning requirement. Always refer to the latest RXSOL Technical Data Sheet before application.
