Zeolite is a crystalline solids structures made of silicon, aluminum and oxygen. They can perform ion exchange, filtering, odor removal, chemical sieve and gas absorption tasks. The most well known use for zeolites is in water softeners. Calcium in water can cause it to be "hard" and capable of forming scale and other problems. Calcium Chloride solution allows the adjustment of the optimal amount of calcium required by the cells. Calcium Chloride (CaCl2 ) Solution is prepared as a solution from highly pure tissue culture tested Calcium Chloride and cell culture-grade water. It is a clear colorless and sterile solution. Calcium chloride Solution is used in waste water treatment applications to remove undesired impurities. Liquid Calcium Hydroxide (LCH) is used in water treatment, waste water treatment, acid neutralization and as a substitute in many "liquid caustic" applications. Dust free, LCH can be the solution to many alkali handling problems. The RXFLOC 200 Cationic Poly Electrolyte is utilized for dewatering organic slush from human waste, sewage and industrial effluents. This powdered form flocculant is formulated by making use of finest quality polyacrylic ester to ensure exceptional treatment effects in the combination of inorganic flocullants. Using Procedure:
RXFLOC 200 dose as below for solid-liquid separation process:
Belt filter, centrifuge, screw press dewatering- increased production rate, cake solids and solids capture.
Water clarification – improves influent, process and effluent water quality by reducing suspended solids and turbidity.
Dissolved air flotation – result in cleaner subnatants, increased float solids and greater throughput.
Filtration – improve filtered water quality and plant throughput.
The above are the primary applications for this product. This product may be beneficial in any solid-liquid separation process.
RXFLOC 200 Cationic Polyelectrolyte Powder dry PAM cationic flocculants should be properly dipersed and dissolved to 0.1-0.5% concentration. Dissolution should be completed around 1 hour of agitation, but will be faster in warm water. However, the temperature of watershould be refrained from above 50 degree C.

The pure compound is colorless, but older samples tend to acquire a yellow cast due to decomposition into oxides of nitrogen and water. Most commercially available nitric acid has a concentration of 68% in water. When the solution contains more than 86% HNO3, it is referred to as fuming nitric acid. Depending on the amount of nitrogen dioxide present, fuming nitric acid is further characterized as red fuming nitric acid at concentrations above 86%, or white fuming nitric acid at concentrations above 95%.
Product Application:
Nitric acid is the primary choice here on several grounds. It is an oxidizing acid that can dissolve most metals to form soluble metal nitrates. It has poor oxidizing strength below 2 M but is a powerful oxidizing acid in concentrated form. Its oxidizing power can be enhanced by addition of chlorate, permanganate, hydrogen peroxide or bromine, as well as by increasing its temperature and pressure. Most metals and alloys are oxidized by nitric acid; however, gold and platinum are not oxidized and some metals are passivated when attacked by concentrated nitric acid

RX JELLY Paste is highly concentrate paste which is used to clean weld seams and surrounding areas and is applied with brush. This is very effective product to acts as Degreasing, cleaning, pickling and passivating of austenitic and duplex stainless steel 304, 316, nickel and aluminium.

Product Note:
Degrease thoroughly the surface with RXSOL-10-1005-025 . Never let the product dry. Hose off completely and thoroughly with a high-pressure spraying pistol. Remaining grease and product will influence the pickling process adversely. Let the surface dry, rub dry or blow dry.
Stir the pickling paste. Spread the undiluted paste over the surface or the weld by using the supplied acid resistant brush.Contact time: 30 min to 2 h. (depending on the kind of weld, the room temperature and material).The pickling process is terminated as soon as the paste turns green. Always rinse abundantly with clean water. Rinse preferably with demineralised water.
Never let the product dry Prolonged pickling lead to accelerated corrosion sensitivity and damages the passivation process .
In case of doubt, try out on a test surface or contact our technical service. It is used to remove heavy scales, discolouration, annealing colours, rust particles near weld and welding affected area by heat without grinding or wire brushing or buffing.Coverage : Approx. 100 meters of running weld seam kg of Passivating Pickling Paste
Dose :::
1.Passivating Pickling Paste is applied on weld seam & surrounding areas with a nylon bristled plastic brush. Application Temp. = between 5 – 40 deg. C
2. Keep Passivating Pickling Paste for 5 to 30 minutes (contact time) depending on contamination, temperature & grade of Stainless Steel.
3. Use pressurised water jet spray OR wipe the weld seam lightly with plastic brush & wash with water thoroughly.
