Heavy Duty Cleaner (Emulsifier) is a low-foaming solvent emulsifier cleaner used for cleaning marine equipment that is seriously contaminated with fuel or lubricating oils.
It is a concentrated carpet shampoo for all types of carpet and upholstery.

Properties is a pH neutral, pleasantly scented, concentrated carpet shampoo for the interim cleaning of all types of carpet and upholstery. The consistent, dry foam cleans gently yet effectively. Shampoo residue is easily removed by vacuuming, thus hindering rapid resoiling.

Product Application:
Shampoo, carpet borders, and areas inaccessible by machine, by hand with a soft bristle brush; use an appropriate machine for shampooing the open area. While the carpet is still damp, lift carpet pile (e.g. velour, deep pile carpet) with a carpet pile brush or rake. When the carpet is completely dry, thoroughly vacuum to remove any crystallized shampoo residue. Shampoo upholstery with a hand brush, allow to dry, and thoroughly vacuum.

Preclean heavy traffic areas with a carpet pile brush and then vacuum the entiree carpet. Or brush vacuum the entire carpet. Remove spots / stains.
Dilution:
Light soiling    : 300 ml  RXSOL-15-0521 1 in 10 litres of water (3% solution)
Heavy soiling : 1000 ml RXSOL-15-0521 in 10 litres of water (10% solution)

Safe handling:

Important advice:
Test colorfastness and material compatibility before using RXSOL-15-0521 – Sparingly apply the required dilution of RXSOL-15-0521 on a small, inconspicuous place. Do not overwet or soak carpet. Do not let the shampoo machine stand on the carpet with a wet shampoo brush. Do not walk on or refurnish until the carpet is completely dry. Protect furniture feet with plastic or aluminium foil (to prevent rust or varnish / finish damage), if the room must be refurnished while the carpet is damp.

A very strong cleaner, which can be used to soften up / remove baked on drying oils and Hard coke asphaltic deposition etc.  It is low toxic product with an exceptional solvency power on soil & oily  matter . It is minimizes the extreme hazards to personnel in handling materials.
Apply this to loosen frozen bolts, fittings and nuts. Cuts red or white lead, rust, grease, tar, carbon and graphite with special ingredients to help prevent further corrosion. Safe on basic metals. Works well with countersunk bolts also.

Product Application:
USING-PROCEDURE :–
The most economical method of using RXSOL PENETROSOL is by direct injection followed by recirculation washing, using tank cleaning machines.
Spraying Method :-
Using PENETROSOSL  as delivered in drums, spray onto areas where residue remains following rough washing leave for 10-45 minutes (but do not allow to dry), and warm water 60oC for at least 3 hours                                                  
**Make sure to take all safety precautions are followed when handling / spraying PENETROSOSL  **

Re-circulation Method :
If there is no drop line, then lower butterworth hoses into the tank from the pump stack header without machines attached and circulate through these hoses while you fill the solution material.

Rxsol Lube Oils Cleaner is a multi purpose product that can handle several different applications as well as solve and clean complex contaminations. Rxsol Lube Oil Cleaner  removes lube oil, oil mixed with hard deposit, like rust and lime. Rxsol Lube Oil Celaner  can also remove deposits from glycol and similar products.

Using Procedure:
Manual Cleaning
For manual cleaning of separator parts and machinery parts.Make a solution between 5-20% concentration depending on how dirty Tank and  equipment to be cleaned is. Both oil and lime will be solved with time, let soak for at least 2 hours. After 2 hours the parts can be cleaned using by High Pressure Machine rinsing or brushing.
Cleaning In Place of Separator
For the lube oil separator use a 20% solution
For the fuel oil separator use a 10% solution
Recommended cleaning temperature is 70-90oC (158-194oF). A normal cleaning cycle is between 1 to 3 hours depending on the dirtiness and character. If the separator has very hard deposits the cleaning cycle may have to be repeated with new cleaning fluid.

Lube Oil Tank :
Instead of recirculation cleaning the  RXSOL  Lube Oils Cleaner  can  injected into the Butter   worth system . Kindly make the solution 0.5 -5% and inject same. Depending on the tank size  and  height  fill  the  necessary  amount of  freshwater or  seawater  into  the  service  tank .
Butter worth all tanks to be  cleaned 1-1,5  hour  using  the water from the service tank .
Heat  the  water by  means  of  heating  coils,  cargo  heat exchanger or going via the Butter worth heater.
The pre-cleaning temperature should be between 70 and 80°C.
Pump the waste water from the tanks to be cleaned back to service tank (overtop).

This highly concentrated quick drying rubber dressing is recommended for re-newing the appearance of tires, floor mats, and other rubber and plastic trim used on automobiles and trucks. It provides a temporary waterproofing to these surfaces which will not wash off in rain or with water alone.

Product Application:
The concentrated rubber dressing may be applied as received, undiluted for maximum luster, or diluted with 3 parts water for economy.  Surface to be treated with rubber dressing should be cleaned and degreased with a good, industrial strength product, rinsed well with clear water, and allowed to dry completely. Apply product with a trigger sprayer, pump-up sprayer, or a sponge. Allow to air dry. Repeat procedure for higher gloss.

CAUTION: Protect product from freezing. Do not ingest. If this does occur, drink large volumes of water. For eye or skin contact, flush area with clear water for 15 minutes. Heavy Duty Cleaner (Emulsifier) is a low-foaming solvent emulsifier cleaner used for cleaning marine equipment that is seriously contaminated with fuel or lubricating oils.

Product Application:
Oily deposits in steam boilers are a result of oil contamination of the feed water. Most often, the source of the oil is some part of the condensate and return system. Fuel oil and cargo oils may contaminate the condensate via leaks in the oil heaters or tank heating coils. Lubricating oils may be picked up from steam driven machinery. Oil deposits can be removed from boilers, L.P. steam generators, etc., by circulating a 2-5% solution of Heavy Duty Cleaner (Emulsifier) through the equipment. Heavy Duty Cleaner (Emulsifier) should never be used as an on-line cleaner. All cleaning should be done off-line. For maximum cleaning efficiency, the cleaning mixture should be heated to 50° – 60°C (122° – 140° F) and maintained at this temperature during the cleaning operation. If adequate heat is not available, effective cleaning can be accomplished at temperatures as low as 25° C (77° F) using additional time. Carbonized oil or coke may require a two-step cleaning process using FOTTM fuel oil treatment followed by Heavy Duty Cleaner (Emulsifier).

Using Procedure:  

Cleaning Procedure

• Drain the cooling system and refill with fresh water. With the engine stopped, circulate and heat until the water temperature reaches about 60° C (140° F).
• Add 2% by volume (20 liters/metric ton) Heavy Duty Cleaner (Emulsifier) to the circulating water. Heavy Duty Cleaner (Emulsifier) may be introduced by means of the chemical feed system or added to the expansion tank.
• Circulate water through the system for a minimum of 4 hours.
• After 4 Hours cool to normal draining temperatures. Drain the system and refill with warm water to prevent thermal shock. Recirculate for 1-2 hours. No heating is required during this circulation period. Be sure to overflow the system through the expansion tank to the bilge.
• Drain the cooling water system and wherever possible, inspect the interior. If the system is not completely free of oil, repeat the above procedure.

If medium to heavy rust is present, it can be removed by using treatment or a solution of RXSOL SAFE ACID / DESCALEX POWDER and rock salt. If any sacrificial anodes are present in the system, they must be removed prior to cleaning. After cleaning, the anodes can be replaced.

Tarnish is caused by contact with sulfur compounds, mainly hydrogen sulfide in the air. Other common culprits are wool, felt, fossil fuels, rubber bands, latex gloves, carpet padding, certain paints, and food (particularly eggs, onions, and mayonnaise). Tarnish formation is accelerated in a humid environment. Also, oily salts from fingers can cause corrosion patterns that may have to be professionally removed.
Silver, when properly maintained, will yield generations of enjoyment. The following cleaning instructions have been tried and proven in my silver restoration & conservation studio. They are suited for gold as well as silver. silver-plated and gold-plated items should be treated very gingerly, as too-vigorous cleaning can remove the plating and expose the base metal.
Gently wash and dry your silver immediately after use. While washing, do not allow brass silver to come into contact with a metal sink, as that can cause scratching. (Use a plastic dishpan or line the sink with a towel.) Use a non-lemon-scented phosphate-free detergent and, to avoid water spots, towel-dry using a soft cotton dish towel or Selvyt cloth. Silver that is used frequently and washed in this manner will require infrequent tarnish removal. When storing your flatware, rotate the pieces so they will wear uniformly.
