It is a Bio degradable cleaning and degreasing products. Suitable to use with PRESSURE washing equipment and safe to the person handling it.
Pleasant citrus odour.
DOSE : Refer to technical datasheet to separate for at least 3 hrs before passing through an oily water separator.
Product Application:
A versatile cleaner which can be used for Tank or general cleaning.
MANUAL DEGREASING : May be applied neat or diluted with water up to 1 part to 15 - 20 parts by using a cloth ,brush or spray. After use as an engine room cleaner, bilge slops must be allowed to separate for at least 3 hrs before passing through an oily water separator.
Tank & BILGE CLEANING :RXSOL-20-3022-025 is recommended for any of the standard tank cleaning methods including ship motion , pressure spray washing and recirculation method after mineral, animal, fish and vegetable oils.
Using Procedure:
Application-METHOD:- ( Dose Rate )
1)BY WASHING MACHINE : For direct injection into tank This will require a solution strength between 0.03 and 1.5%, (0.3-15 lts per thousend lts of wash water).
2)BY RECIRCULATION METHOD : Working strength should be 0.05 and 1% ( 0.510 Ltres per ton wash water ) by weight in fresh water , based on capacity of the equipment . This solution can be re-used until no longer effective.
3) Spot cleaning. RXSOL-20-3022-025 can be hand sprayed neat or diluted up to 5 parts water and allow 15 to 20 minutes contact time to penetrate deposits . Finally wash off with water jet . The best results will be obtained when wash water is heated to 40-60°C .

Touchless Foam Cleaner makes vehicle cleaning easy. This product is designed to be used through a pressure washer or drive through pressure spray system to quickly remove dirt, oil, grease, road film, and exhaust from aluminum or painted surfaces without attacking the surface. RXSOL-16-2697-003 is a concentrated outdoor condenser coil cleaner and brightener. It effectively foams away stubborn,’baked on’ lint, smoke film, insects, feathers, grass, leaves and other deposits from air cooledcondenser coils. The expanding foam pushes contamination out of the coil and is easily rinsed away with water. In addition to removing contaminants, the RXSOL COIL CLEANER formula effectively restores efficiency and reduces operating cost by removing hidden oxidation from the coil surfaces.

Deep cleaning of outdoor condenser coils to restore efficiency and increase performance of the system.
DILUTION RATIOS:
Because RXSOL-16-2697-003 is highly concentrated, it must be diluted prior to use. Dilution also improves penetration into the coil and increases product performance. Actual dilution ratios will vary according to the application. The following is intended as a general
guideline:
Up to 8-10 parts water to 1 part RXSOL Active SK COIL Cleaner yellow for light cleaning and brightening, when expanding foam is not required.
3-5 parts water to 1 part RXSOL Active SK COIL Cleaner yellow for foaming action on difficult cleaning tasks.
1-2 parts water to 1 part RXSOL Active SK COIL Cleaner yellow for use as a high foaming,aluminum finned, air cooled condenser coil cleaner.Use the minimum concentration required to accomplish your task.
Note: Do not use RXSOL-16-2697-003 at concentrations greater than 1:1 (less than 1 part water to 1 part RXSOL-16-2697-003 . Rinse the treated surfaces as well as the surrounding area thoroughly after use.
APPLICATION METHODS:
Low pressure, acid resistant tank sprayers are recommended.
Regardless of application method, avoid inhalation of mist or contact of liquid or mist with skin.
SUGGESTED INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
When handling RXSOL-16-2697-003 or any other strong chemical, be sure to wear chemical imperviousgloves,apron and splash goggles.
Determine required dilution ratio for the specific application. It is recommended to start with a dilution ratio of 10:1 and increase concentration until the desired results are achieved.
As with mixing all acids, place the desired amount of water into the tank and then add RXSOL-16-2697-003
Turn off fans and allow hot coils to cool before applying.
Using plain water, wet both the condenser coil as well as the area surrounding the equipment. Wetting the coil with water aids in product penetration and performance.
Apply the properly diluted product to the coil surface. Whenever possible, apply solution from the outlet side of the coil. Allow product to remain on surface, normally 5-10 minutes. Do not allow product to dry on the coil. Note: In extreme cases, application may have to be repeated to achieve desired results.
If foaming does not occur, check for extreme grease buildup which will slow cleaning process. Foaming may not occur if coil is coated or painted.
Rinse coils, tools and surrounding area thoroughly after completing the coil cleaning process

Drain Pipe Cleaner :RXSOL-16-1057-025
Specially designed to rapidly break pipes to restore flow and clear blockages. Heavy DUTY and fast effective Descaler for any type of metal (except for soft metal like aluminium and zinc). This scales remover for sewage pipe lines and evac systems . It contains special inhibitors to make its after on most metals, concrete and plastic surfaces. Drain Blaster cuts down the need to plumb or rod, or excavate when the build-ups occur.
Directions for Use and Dose Rates :-
The most effective method is circulation for large systems or components likeboilers, evaporators, condensers, heat exchangers and generally closed systems that have the capability to circulate at a temperature of approximately 40-60°C, for 6-12 hours and solutions of 10-40% of Drain Scale Remover in water. Keep in mind that the strength of the solution is analogous to the degree of deposition of scale .
In case of small components , the soak method in an immersion bath can be used. If the equipment to be cleaned is contaminated by oil, grease, sludge or carbonized oil, then first of all clean the system with RXSOL OB 1005.
Drain Scale Remover should be mixed with fresh water to form a solution of 10-30%, depending on the extent of scaling.
After using Drain Scale Remover it is essential to thoroughly rinse all metal surfaces at least once with a 0.5% solution of Alakleen Liquid or Liquid Soap in fresh water. This solution should be circulated for 2-4 hours or until an acceptable pH value is obtained. This will neutralize any remaining acidity & passivate steel surfaces. Drain Scale Remover should not be used on Aluminium, Zinc, Tin, or any Galvanized Surfaces for which a special grade cleaner should be used.

A plumbing detergent designed to dissolve clogs pipes. Dissolves everything except glass or metal without damaging the piping.
1.Carefully and slowly pour into the drain (do not add water to the product).
2.Allow to stand for up to 15 minutes.
3.If the blockage has cleared, carefully flush the pipe work with water. If drainage is slow, repeat the process.
In the event of the blockage not clearing, a drainage engineer/plumber should be contacted. Ensure that they are warned that the drain contains a concentrated acid solution.

PROEDURE OF USE :
1st Method ( SPRAY METHOD )Mix 1 part of RXSOL-10-1089-020 with 2 -10 parts of water / GAS-OIL ( For heavy oil,greasy surfaces use directly)Spray directly on the entire surface to be cleaned. This can be achieved by Hand spray / mechanical spray pump. Immediately after 2 -5 minted of spray theRXSOL-10-1089-020 starts its function. The Dirt, oil grease etc will loosen. 5 to 6 minutes after spraying start rinsing the system with water (High pressure recommended). Dirt and mud start vanishing with cleaning media and water.
2nd Method (IMMERSION PROCESS )Application in immersion process with or without ultrasonic support, manual wiping.
3rd Method (RE-CIRCULATION METHOD )RXSOL-10-1089-020 is also used in conjunction with alkaline degreasing bath at 2-10% (v/v) concentration for better and quick degreasing action. Either the bath is heated to be 70°Cor the solution can be stirred or air agitated. FINALLY, RINSE THE SYSTEM WITH FRESH WATER.

RXSOL 27 is a concentrated, neutral, environmentally friendly, biodegradable, waterbased detergent cleaning fluid for cleaning and corrosion inhibition of gas turbine compressors.One operation cleans and protects the engine and also inhibits corrosion.
Blend of non-ionic surfactants, corrosion inhibitors, organic solvents and demineralised water.

Using Procedure:
By spray ring or lance in either starter-driver (off-line) or fired (on-line) wash as directed by the engine manufacturers, in the quantities recommended in the engine manual. It is essential during hot wash that the cleaner should leave as little ash residue as possible to avoid blocking turbine blade cooling holes. RXSOL 27 has a maximum ash content of <0.01%, as part of the compliance with OEM specifications for compressor washing fluid.
The unique corrosion inhibitor allows engines to be left ready for an instant restart, even in salty offshore conditions.

Heavy DUTY and fast effective Descaler for any type of metal (except for soft metal like aluminium and zinc).Drain Cleaner and Maintainer cleans and maintains drains effectively.Heavy DUTY and fast effective Descaler for any type of metal (except for soft metal like aluminium and zinc). This scales remover for sewage pipe lines and evac systems . It contains special inhibitors to make its after on most metals, concrete and plastic surfaces. Drain Blaster cuts down the need to plumb or rod, or excavate when the build-ups occur.

Using Procedure:
The most effective method is circulation for large systems or components likeboilers, evaporators, condensers, heat exchangers and generally closed systems that have the capability to circulate at a temperature of approximately 40-60°C, for 6-12 hours and solutions of 10-40% of Drain Scale Remover in water. Keep in mind that the strength of the solution is analogous to the degree of deposition of scale .
In case of small components , the soak method in an immersion bath can be used. If the equipment to be cleaned is contaminated by oil, grease, sludge or carbonized oil, then first of all clean the system with RXSOL OB 1005.
Drain Scale Remover should be mixed with fresh water to form a solution of 10-30%, depending on the extent of scaling.
After using Drain Scale Remover it is essential to thoroughly rinse all metal surfaces at least once with a 0.5% solution of Alakleen Liquid or Liquid Soap in fresh water. This solution should be circulated for 2-4 hours or until an acceptable pH value is obtained. This will neutralize any remaining acidity & passivate steel surfaces. Drain Scale Remover should not be used on Aluminium, Zinc, Tin, or any Galvanized Surfaces for which a special grade cleaner should be used.
