C-SHINE Alkaline coil cleaner : RXSOL-16-1668-025
It is blend of alkaline-based detergents, surfactants formulated with a strong foaming action designed to rapidly emulsify greasy soils and oxidation%u2026thereby leaving coils dirt-free and shining. C-SHINE is recommended for cleaning air-cooled condensers, permanent filters and other finned heating and cooling coils.
Product Application:
In-service cleaning:-RXSOL-16-1668-025 is passes through the air trunking upstream of the charge aircooler, followed by a clean water rinse.For cleaning of air coolers, it is necessary to use correctly installed dosing and injection system.
Typical Cleaning Method :-
Dilute 1-3 parts water and apply with alow pressure sprayer. Leave on coils for 3-7 minutes then flush with water until all foam is removed. If use don built up roofsetc., it is important to make sure all residual cleaner is washed off roof surface after application. If good housekeeping practices are not followed, roof deterioration is possible. If used indoors, strong fumes may cause irritation to sensitive individuals evacuate area if necessary.
For cleaning of Air cooler and Air side of turbochargers, a solution of 5 – 25% RXSOL-16-1668-025 in fresh water is recommended. Inject the solution for 10-15minutes, then similar quantity of fresh water injected to rinse off emulsified deposits.
Using Procedure:
Handspray Cleaning:-
By Handspray,apply concentrate RXSOL-16-1668-025 all over the cooler coils. for good emulsification & penetration. Allow the RXSOL-16-1668-025 for a minimum of 1 hour,then use a light water pressure to wash off the loosened deposits. During process always keep drain valve open. After satisfactory cleaning, and flushing through with fresh water, close air cooler drains. Note that during this process the engine must be stopped.
Soak method:-
Machine parts with stubborn carbon deposits to be cleaned is dipped into conc.Soln.of RXSOL-16-1668-025 then allow deposits tobe broken down and loosened before removal, then rinse .
Precaution ::–
Avoid skin / eye contact. Wear gloves and goggles when using. Use in well ventilated areas. Donot breathe vapours.

Magneson reagent used as colour indicator and detection of magnesium in salt compound. As magneson reagent reacts with magnesium and resulting blue precipitae. RXSOL brand magneson reagent is high pure fine LAB chemicals.
4-(4-Nitrophenylazo) resorcinol, also known as azo violet or magneson I, is a red colored powder. It functions as a spot test reagent and forms blue lake on reaction with Mg(OH)2 in alkaline solution. It is mainly used for determining the presence of magnesium in the solution.
Product Application:
BLUE COLOUR DYE Reagent helpfull and can be use for DETECTION OF MG during salt analysis.
Dissolve the residue in a few drops of dil HCl and add 2-3ml water.
Take 1-2 drops of test solution in a spot plate and add 2-3 drops of magneson I reagent (4-(4-Nitrophenylazo)-resorcinol) and add 1 drop of 2M sodium hydroxide NaOH to make it alkaline. Blue colouration or blue precipitate is formed depending on the concentration of magnesium.

Calmagite will be wine red when it is bound to a metal ion and may be blue, red, or orange when it is not bound to a metal ion. Calmagite is often used in conjunction with EDTA, a stronger metal binding agent. This chemical is also used in the quantitation of magnesium in the clinical laboratory.

Calmagite is a complexometric indicator used in analytical chemistry to identify the presence of metal ions in solution. As with other metal ion indicators calmagite will change color when it is bound to an ion. Ponceau S, Acid Red 112, or C.I. 27195 (systematic name: 3-hydroxy-4-(2-sulfo-4-[4-sulfophenylazo]phenylazo)-2,7-naphthalenedisulfonic acid sodium salt) is a sodium salt of a diazo dye of a light red color, that may be used to prepare a stain for rapid reversible detection of protein bands on nitrocellulose or polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) membranes (western blotting), as well as on cellulose acetate membranes. A Ponceau S stain is useful because it does not appear to have a deleterious effect on the sequencing of blotted polypeptides and is therefore one method of choice for locating polypeptides on western blots for blot-sequencing. It is also easily reversed with water washes, facilitating subsequent immunological detection.The stain can be completely removed from the protein bands by continued washing. Common stain formulations include 0.1% (w/v) Ponceau S in 5% acetic acid or 2% (w/v) Ponceau S in 30% trichloroacetic acid and 30% sulfosalicylic acid.

Amido black 10B is an amino acid staining azo dye used in biochemical research to stain for total protein on transferred membrane blots, such as the western blot. It is also used in criminal investigations to detect blood present with latent fingerprints. It stains the proteins in blood a blue-black color. Amido Black can be either methanol or water based as it readily dissolves in both. With picric acid, in a van Gieson procedure, it can be used to stain collagen and reticulin.

Using Procedure:
Dilute COIL BRITE RX in ratios of 1 : 5 to 1 : 15 in water depending on surfaces to be cleaned COIL BRITE RX can be applied with a brush or sprayer on wet surfaces. Apply from the bottom and work up allowing two to five minutes for penetration of the deposits. Rinse well with water while brushing in order to get a brighter surface. For fiberglass, use 1 : 5 ratio with water, spray or brush onto surface, brush off deposits and rinse..

Aurin p-rosolic acid or corallin is an organic compound, forming yellowish or deep-red crystals with greenish metallic luster. It is practically insoluble in water, freely soluble in alcohol. It is soluble in strong acids to form yellow solution, or in aqueous alkalis to form carmine red solutions.
Aurin was first prepared in 1834 by the German chemist Friedlieb Ferdinand Runge, who obtained it by distilling coal tar. He named it Rosölsäure or Rosaölsäure (red oil acid). In 1861, the German chemists Hermann Kolbe and Rudolf Schmitt presented the synthesis of aurin by heating oxalic acid and creosote (which contains phenol) in the presence of concentrated sulfuric acid.

Metacresol purple or m-cresol purple, also called m-cresolsulfonphthalein is a triarylmethane dye and a pH indicator. It is used as a capnographic indicator for detecting detect end-tidal carbon dioxide to ensure successful tracheal intubation in an emergency. It can be used to measure the pH in subzero temperatures of saline or hypersaline media.
In colometric capnography, the indicator is incorporated in an aqueous matrix that provides a pH just above the indicator's colour change. When exposed to carbon dioxide (CO2), it undergoes the colour change from purple to yellow with—a colour often described as gold—because when CO2 dissolves in the matrix, it forms carbonic acid.
In chemistry, it has two useful indicator ranges

M-Cresol Purple is a pH indicator dye used primarily in spectrophotometric pH measurements. m-Cresol purple is acidic and hydrophobic. The useful pH ranges are 1.2 – 2.8 (red to yellow) and 7.4 – 9.0 (yellow to violet).

Alizarin Red S (also known as C.I. Mordant Red 3, Alizarin Carmine, and C.I 58005. It is a water-soluble sodium salt of Alizarin sulfonic acid with a chemical formula of C 14H7NaO7S. Alizarin Red S was discovered by Graebe and Libermann in 1871. In the field of histology alizarin Red S is been used to stain calcium deposits in tissues, and in geology to stain and differentiate carbonate minerals.
Product Application:
Alizarin Red S is used in histology and histopathology to stain, or locate calcium deposits in tissues. In the presence of calcium, Alizarin Red S, binds to the calcium to form a Lake pigment that is orange to red in color. Whole specimens can be stained with Alizarin Red S to show the distribution of bone, especially in developing embryos. In living corals alizarin Red S has been used to mark daily growth layers.
In geology, Alizarin Red S is used on Thin sections, and polished surfaces to help identify carbonate minerals which stain at different rates.

Rose Bengal is a pink stain derived as an analogue of fluorescein. Its disodium salt in ophthalmic solutions has been used as a diagnostic agent in suspected damage to conjunctival and corneal cells. It is also used in laboratory settings, including the preparation of Foraminifera for microscopic analysis and suppression of bacterial growth in several microbiological media. A direct cytotoxic effect of Rose bengal on microorganisms and cancer cells has been observed, questioning its potential antitumor actions via intralesional injections. The clinical applications of rose bengal as injectable formulation under the name PV-10 in melanoma, breast cancer and skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis are being investigated in clinical trials.
